Planting trees for a greener Africa.
Africa's AI-powered conservation engine — restoring forests, lakes and livelihoods across 18 countries, tree by tree.
Our Purpose
Discover and scale solutions to combat climate change and enhance human and planetary well-being across Africa.
Our Vision
Climate solutions on 10 million hectares of African landscapes and water bodies, impacting 10 million livelihoods and sequestering 1 billion MT of carbon by 2035.

From a Nairobi volunteer group to Africa's restoration backbone.
Founded in 2014 by a passionate collective of conservation champions, environmental stewards, and nature enthusiasts in Nairobi, TreesPartner began as a volunteer-led mangrove restoration initiative along Kenya's coast. Today, we operate across 18 African countries, combining satellite intelligence, blockchain transparency, and community-driven conservation to restore ecosystems, empower communities, and create a thriving future for people and nature.
Every tree, measured & verified.
Here's what our work has built so far across Africa.
Eight ways we're restoring Africa.
Explore our ongoing and completed programs across the continent.

Agroforestry
Integrating native trees into smallholder farms to restore soils, boost yields and lock carbon.

Water Conservation
Reviving freshwater bodies, building rainwater harvesting systems, recharging aquifers.

Urban Forestry
Cooling cities, cleaning air and rebuilding biodiversity using the Miyawaki method.

Social Forestry
Supporting villages with sustainable agroforestry, fodder lots and woodlots they own.

Clean Energy & Waste
Reducing tree-cutting pressure with renewable energy and circular waste solutions.

Lake Restoration
Urban and rural lake rejuvenation — desilting, riparian replanting and biological filtration.

Wetlands Restoration
Reviving papyrus swamps, peat bogs and seasonal floodplains that purify water, sequester carbon and shelter rare species.

Schools & Institutions
Edible-canopy food forests, indigenous arboretums and living classrooms across 1,200+ African schools and institutions.
There are many ways to make a difference.
